This type of dust collector is generally and widely being used due to the excellent efficiency in collecting the dusts and comparatively less pressure loss as well. This dust collector shall collect the dusts larger than 1㎛ in diameter and possible to be automatically controlled and operated

The basic principle of collecting dusts is collected and removed by filters mounted inside the machine body with the below mentioned process.

1) The dust-contained-air shall be inhaled through the lower inlet of the machine
2) The dusts shall be sticked and accumulated onto the round type filter bags or cartridge filters.
3) At constant cycle and/or continuous pulsing by air jet, the dusts shall be gathered into the hopper.
4) The clean air already filtered shall be passed through by another inner filters, and shall be exhausted to the air or returned to the plant through upper outlet ducts for re-use.
